We offer sales-based business results coaching and consulting. These run as group sessions or as 1-on-1 sessions and can be weekly or fortnightly depending on the package.
Through these sessions, we mentor and guide you and your business on processes and techniques to increase your sales results and help your business grow. These sessions are about looking at where your business is now, sorting out any issues, and taking your business to exactly where you want it to be!

WHAT IS OUR STORY?
There once was an 18-year-old boy named Andrew (Yes! You guessed it the very same Andrew that founded The Results Guys), now Andrew was an unmotivated 18-year-old party animal that quite simply didn’t care about succeeding. Well, that isn’t totally true, you see what Andrew really wanted was the blue pill, the silver bullet, he wanted someone to hand him a million-dollar job for nothing… cause that happens!
But after working in hospitality for a couple of years he decided it was time to contribute something to the world, so he went searching for a stable corporate job... so he went straight to Seek, and on Seek, he found a wonderful job opportunity that said, NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! Guess what?! That is exactly what Andrew had.
So he applied, and low and behold he got the job! It was a door-to-door sales job, now, where most people shy away from the confronting nature of door-to-door, Andrew loved it! He stayed there for almost a whole year, just in case you are wondering that is the equivalent of life tenure in that industry.
So, it was there that he found his motivation, his passion for sales, and his love for business. You see he realised, not only did he like figuring out what made people tick, what made them buy, but also he loved figuring out how to grow teams and build the business, but eventually it had to end.
Why? Well, door-to-door selling wasn’t exactly stable and sustainable.
So, our protagonist, our hero Andrew moved on, where? You might ask, well after a couple of stints selling everything from virtual currencies to phones, he found a home selling… wait for it…. Vacuums! Yeah, who is passionate about bloody Vacuums? Trust us, Andrew is! Don’t bring it up, unless you want an ear full.
It was here that Andrew’s career really took off, he became a Manager, then an Area Manager, and made it all the way to being The Global Training Manager for the entire company, HE LOVED IT!
Andrew had always thought sales was his passion, but apparently, it was training and coaching people to succeed and build the life they wanted through sales and business.
It was here he decided that he wanted to stop making money for ‘Big Business’ and start making money for himself by helping small businesses and those struggling to start up.
Why small business, because he noticed there are just some fundamental business rules that people don’t get taught, and if you violate these you will get pain, but if you follow them you will see MASSIVE success!
Now, while Andrew is definitely a slick woggy salesman, he is also the most genuine and honest guy you will ever meet, and someone who wants to see everyone succeed.
So began The Results Guys!
